How can I influence my inner feelings?

In general, every purpose that people usually have and every action they usually take is ultimately connected and related to their inner feelings, and in addition to achieving security and welfare, it is always a good idea for everyone to move forward with their active will in order to finally achieve those feelings of happiness they want. This is why inner feelings have an important and fundamental role in people’s thought and lifestyle, and we can say that the closer human emotions are to happiness and laughter, the more beautiful and happy their lifestyle will be.

Internal emotions can be influenced in two ways: body language and the language of thought.

One of things body language is capable of is the power of laughter.

According to many scientific studies, laughter releases different hormones in the brain such as endorphin, serotonin, and dopamine which are anti-depression and anti-anxiety that calm the body and mind. Laughter can act directly on the nervous system of the brain to have a positive effect and strengthen the feelings of joy and happiness in our thoughts. The act of laughing, whether real or unreal, has a direct effect on one’s subconscious. If the artificial laughter happens continuously the brain can accept is instead of a real laugh, react positively to it, and use it in order to nurture and grow happy emotions.
